🎓 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Social Sciences (NQF Level 7) or equivalent
  • A postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience at senior management level

  • Human resource management within the education sector
  • Labour relations and workforce management

Knowledge requirements:
