Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences (NQF Level 7)

• Postgraduate Diploma in Management (added advantage)

• Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience in the health sector

• Pre-entry Certificate for Senior Management Services (SMS)

• Valid driver’s licence and computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership and operational management of the hospital

• Financial, human resource, and facilities management

• Improvement of service delivery and health outcomes

Director: Programme Implementation (HIV & TB)
