  • Maintain and validate asset registers

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years’ supervisory experience

2. Assistant Director – Financial Accounting

Salary: R468,459 – R551,823 per annum

This role focuses on financial operations and compliance within a government environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure supplier payments are processed within 30 days
  • Manage revenue recording and reporting
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in preparing financial statements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Financial Management or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial accounting
  • Experience with BAS, LOGIS, and SCOA systems

3. Assistant Director – Records, Security and Facilities Management

Salary: R468,459 – R551,823 per annum

This role integrates records management, facilities oversight, and security coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with records legislation (PAIA, POPIA)
  • Manage facilities maintenance and office logistics

  • Supervise staff and maintain service standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • NQF 6 qualification in Public Administration or related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of records and facilities management frameworks
