Minimum Requirements
Requirements vary by position but generally include:

Grade 10–12 for entry-level posts

National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6–7) for administrative and management roles

Relevant legal qualifications for court and advocacy-related positions

Relevant experience in administration, finance, public service, or court environments

Salary Packages
The Department offers competitive public service remuneration, ranging approximately from:

R163 680 per annum for entry-level positions
-
Up to R1.8 million per annum for senior posts such as Senior Family Advocate
Most positions are subject to a performance agreement in line with public service regulations.
