Salary Packages
DFFE offers competitive, all-inclusive remuneration packages ranging from:

R343 842 per annum (entry-level OSD posts)
-
Up to R1 494 900 per annum (Chief Director positions)
Certain posts include OSD benefits or contract-based remuneration.
Minimum Requirements
-
Relevant National Diploma, Degree, or Honours qualification (NQF 6–8)
-
Between 1 and 6 years’ relevant experience, depending on the role
-
Strong communication, analytical, planning, and leadership skills
-
Valid driver’s licence where travel is required
-
Professional registration where applicable
-
Senior Management Service (SMS) posts require completion of the NSG Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme
