Salary Packages
-
Director (Level 13): R1 266 714 per annum (all-inclusive package)

Deputy Director (Level 11): R896 436 per annum (all-inclusive package)

Assistant Director (Level 9): R468 459 per annum
Salary packages are determined in accordance with DPSA prescripts and may be adjusted based on individual circumstances.
Minimum Requirements
While requirements differ by post, applicants are generally required to have:

A relevant NQF Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Finance, Accounting, SCM, Economics, Auditing, IT Systems, or a related field

Appropriate management or supervisory experience
-
Knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, Treasury Regulations, and Public Service Regulations
-
A valid driver’s licence (except where disability applies)
-
Strong leadership, analytical, financial management, and communication skills
Professional registrations such as CA(SA), CIA, PIA, RA, or Government Auditor will be an added advantage for audit-related posts.
