Judge Secretary

  • Location: Mthatha (Eastern Cape High Court)

    • LLB degree or current studies toward completion

    • Minimum 1 year secretarial experience

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage judicial diaries and correspondence

    • 2–14 years post-qualification experience (depending on level)

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage court processes and case flow

    • Supervise administrative personnel

    • Ensure compliance with legal procedures


Administration Clerk (DCRS)

  • Location: Cape Town (Western Cape High Court)

  • Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12

    • Experience in court recording will be advantageous

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Record court proceedings digitally

    • Provide administrative and statistical support


Usher Messenger Supervisor

  • Location: Cape Town

  • Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise usher messengers

    • Coordinate courtroom logistics and court rolls


Usher Messenger

  • Location: Durban (KwaZulu-Natal High Court)

  • Salary: R163,680 – R192,810 per annum

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 10

    • No prior experience required

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain courtroom order

    • Assist with court file management
