Key Executive and Senior Management Vacancies

1. Deputy Director-General: Real Estate Management Services

  • Salary: R1 813 182 per annum (all-inclusive)

  • Location: Head Office, Pretoria

This position provides strategic oversight of the full lifecycle of government immovable assets, including acquisition, leasing, maintenance, optimisation, and disposal. The role ensures compliance with legislative and governance requirements across national property portfolios.


2. Chief Director: Strategic Management

  • Salary: R1 494 900 per annum

  • Location: Head Office, Pretoria

The successful candidate will lead departmental strategic planning, enterprise risk management, compliance, business continuity, and organisational foresight, ensuring alignment between planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting processes.


3. Regional Manager

  • Salary: R1 494 900 per annum

  • Location: Nelspruit Regional Office

This role is responsible for managing regional operations, including property management, construction services, facilities management, EPWP coordination, and stakeholder engagement at provincial and municipal levels.


Director-Level Positions (Multiple Posts)

The department is also recruiting Directors in the following areas:

Salary: R1 266 714 per annum (all-inclusive)
