1. Director: Executive Support

Role Overview:
This position provides high-level strategic and administrative support to the Principal (Director-General). The successful candidate will ensure effective coordination of executive functions, facilitate communication, and support institutional governance processes.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration, Public Management, Political Science, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at middle or senior management level

Strong knowledge of public sector legislation and governance frameworks

Experience supporting senior government leadership
-
Completion of the Nyukela Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver strategic advice and prepare executive briefings

Coordinate official communication, speeches, and reports

Manage executive correspondence and quality assurance

Role Overview:
The role focuses on managing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes to assess the effectiveness of NSG training programmes and ensure measurable outcomes and long-term impact.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Business, Commerce, Management Studies, or Social Sciences
-
At least 3 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation at supervisory level

Experience in evaluation design and reporting

Knowledge of public sector legislation and evaluation frameworks

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monitoring systems

Conduct programme evaluations

Design data collection tools and evaluation plans

Compile performance reports
-
Provide evidence-based recommendations

Ensure accurate and reliable data management
