Director: Change Management

  • Location: Tshwane

  • Salary: R1,266,714 – R1,492,122 per year

This position focuses on leading organizational change across the department. The successful candidate will develop and implement change management strategies, oversee transformation programmes, and ensure that employees are prepared for digital and operational reforms.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Organisational Development

  • At least 5 years of management experience


Director: Employee Wellness

  • Location: Tshwane

  • Salary: R1,266,714 – R1,492,122 per year

The department is seeking a qualified professional with expertise in Social Work or Psychology to lead employee wellness programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee assistance programmes

  • Implementing HIV/AIDS and TB workplace management policies

  • Coordinating mental health and counselling services

  • Promoting a healthy and supportive work environment

Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is required.


Technical and Specialist Positions

Senior Specialist: Technical Applications (Mainframe)

  • Salary: R896,436 – R1,055,958 per year
