Available Vacancies

Law Researcher

  • Location: KwaZulu-Natal Division of the High Court, Durban

  • Salary: R468,459 – R551,894 per annum

Requirements:

  • LLB Degree (NQF Level 8)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience

  • Proven legal research and analytical ability

Key Duties:

  • Conduct legal research for judges

  • Assist with drafting judgments and opinions

  • Monitor legislative and case law developments


Senior Administrative Officer: Risk Management

  • Location: National Office, Midrand

  • Salary: R397,116 – R467,790 per annum

Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Risk Management or related field

  • 2 years’ experience in enterprise risk management

  • IRMSA membership

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate risk assessments

  • Support business continuity initiatives

  • Promote risk management practices within the OCJ


Judge’s Secretary (3 Posts)

  • Location: Supreme Court of Appeal, Bloemfontein

  • Salary: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • At least 1 year secretarial experience

  • Legal qualification advantageous

Key Duties:

  • Provide secretarial support to judges

  • Manage court documentation and schedules

  • Type and format judgments


Human Resource Clerk

  • Location: KwaZulu-Natal High Court, Durban

  • Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (no experience required)

  • HR qualification and PERSAL knowledge advantageous

Key Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment and HR administration

  • Capture HR data on PERSAL

  • Maintain personnel records


Administration Clerk (CRT)

  • Location: Free State Division of the High Court

  • Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • Knowledge of CRT machine operation advantageous

Key Duties:

  • Digitally record court proceedings

  • Manage court files and data

  • Provide general administrative support


Secretary

  • Location: Western Cape Provincial Service Centre

  • Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • Secretarial qualification and office experience preferred

Key Duties:

  • Manage correspondence and diaries

  • Arrange meetings and travel

  • Compile reports and minutes


Usher Messenger

  • Location: Western Cape High Court, Cape Town

  • Salary: R163,680 – R192,810 per annum

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • General administration experience advantageous

Key Duties:

  • Assist judges during court sessions

  • Perform messenger and document distribution duties

  • Support courtroom operations


Food Service Aid

  • Location: KwaZulu-Natal High Court, Pietermaritzburg

  • Salary: R163,680 – R192,810 per annum

Requirements:

  • ABET Level 2

  • Hospitality experience advantageous

Key Duties:

  • Prepare and serve food

  • Maintain hygiene standards

  • Assist with catering and stock control
