1. Assistant Director: Facilities Management

Location: National Office, Midrand
Salary: R468,459 – R551,823 per annum (Level 09)
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Building Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or Property/Real Estate Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities and auxiliary services
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Key Duties:
- Manage facilities and infrastructure-related projects
- Oversee maintenance operations and space planning
- Coordinate service providers and contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards
- Supervise staff and allocate resources effectively
2. Supply Chain Practitioner
Reference: 2026/04/OCJ
Location: Free State Provincial Service Centre
Salary: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum (Level 07)
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Economics, or Public Administration
- At least 1 year of relevant supply chain experience
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Key Duties:
- Administer procurement and acquisition processes
- Maintain asset registers and inventory systems
- Ensure timely processing of supplier payments
- Conduct stocktaking and compile reports
- Supervise junior personnel within the unit
