Minimum Requirements
Human Resources Business Partner

- Grade 12 certificate

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, including 2 years at Assistant Director level
- Knowledge of HR legislation, including:
- Public Service Act
- Employment Equity Act
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act
A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) will be advantageous.
Deputy Director: Asset Management

- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Financial or Management Accounting
