Minimum Requirements

Human Resources Business Partner

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience, including 2 years at Assistant Director level
  • Knowledge of HR legislation, including:
    • Public Service Act
    • Employment Equity Act
    • Basic Conditions of Employment Act

A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) will be advantageous.

Deputy Director: Asset Management

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Financial or Management Accounting
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at Assistant Director level
  • Knowledge of:
    • Asset management policies
    • Asset verification processes
    • Public sector financial regulations

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partner

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver HR services and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation
  • Manage HR reporting and analytics
  • Lead change management initiatives

Asset Management

  • Maintain and reconcile the asset register
  • Conduct asset verification and reporting
  • Manage asset disposal processes
  • Develop and implement asset policies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
