Duties and Responsibilities

  • Updating procurement records and registers.

  • Maintaining contract and finance lease registers.
  • Preparing monthly procurement reports.
  • Verifying supplier compliance and tax status.
  • Ensuring procurement activities comply with applicable regulations.
  • Responding to procurement-related enquiries.
  • Providing administrative support for contract management and logistics operations.

The role contributes to the effective, transparent, and compliant procurement processes of the Department.
