Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee human resource management functions

2. Senior Organisational Design Practitioner

Salary: R397,116 per annum

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or National Diploma in:
- Industrial Psychology
- Organisational Development
- Operations Management or related field
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of:
- Public Service regulations
- Job evaluation systems
- Organisational design tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct job evaluations and organisational design processes
- Develop and maintain job descriptions
- Improve workflows and business processes
- Support organisational change initiatives
