The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for various vacant posts available across South Africa. About the Department of Justice & Constitutional Development

The DOJ&CD is responsible for promoting access to justice, constitutionalism, the rule of law, and respect for human rights. The department also manages state litigation, provides legal advisory services, and ensures the efficient functioning of courts and justice-related administrative services nationwide.

Minimum Requirements

(Requirements differ depending on the post)

  • Grade 10, Grade 12, National Diploma, or relevant Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher)

  • Appropriate administrative, legal, HR, or court-related experience

  • Knowledge of Public Service legislation, including PFMA, PSA, and Treasury Regulations

  • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office

  • Valid driver’s license for applicable positions

  • Good communication and organisational skills
