Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A Grade 12 certificate
- A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in:
- Social or Human Sciences
- Development Studies
- Social Work
- A valid driver’s licence
- At least three years of supervisory experience in a related environment

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and implementation of policies promoting women’s empowerment
- Conducting policy research and gender analysis
- Coordinating stakeholder consultations and participation
- Assisting with the implementation of the National Strategic Plan on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide
- Monitoring programme performance and compiling reports
- Providing administrative and secretariat support
